Chief Yomi Otubela, the proprietor of Lagooz schools and chairman of Yomi Otubela Foundation said the foundation cuts across all religion and ethnicity, with the aim of providing educational support via varying scholarship and training programmes to empower indigent students by engendering positive change in Nigeria and Africa.
He said, “the students will be exposed to Mathematics and English Language examinations in computer-based test (CBT) and in written form. The second stage is that they will come for an oral test/oral interview to determine the level of their needs. The scholarship is made for indigent children and not those who have parents that are making income. It is meant for those whose parents are financially incapacitated or orphans.”
Otubela noted that registration had already kicked off, and would end on March 20, adding that interested candidates could log on the foundation’s website: www.yomiotubelafoundation.org.
He added that the exam will hold at the school premises on saturday, March 24 at 9am prompt.
